Health and Safety in the work Place.

All practical steps shall be taken to build and maintain safe, healthy work practices. People are our most important asset - their safety is our greatest responsibility.

Accidental loss can be controlled through good management in combination with active employee involvement. Safety is the direct responsibility of all managers, supervisors, and employees.

Safety Priorities:

  •  Hazard Assesment​

  • Risk Management

  • Control or reduce the risk of those hazards.

  • Comply with the Occupational Health and Safety Act

  • Report injury or illness immediately  

 Employee Rights:

Our company Safety manual states that Safety is a shared responsibility by all employees and shall be an integral component of work activities  together we can create a positive safety culture and ensure a safe workplace.

All employees will be expected to fulfill their safety responsibilities and to follow our company safety manual.

Employees Have the:

  • Right to Refuse – work that is unsafe

  • Right to Know – about hazards you may encounter in the course of doing work

  • Right to Participate – in your own safety and health


Employees and Representatives  will abide by our company safety manual, the Workers Compensation Act and its Regulations.
